Support contracts are available under the following conditions:

Silver Support

• All major and minor updates
• Costs 199€ per year

Gold Support

• All major and minor updates
• Access to internal issue tracker
• 3 support requests per year (by EMail, one request may consist of several EMails)
• Guaranted response on the next business day
• Costs 399€ per year

Individual Support

Individual support is also available on a per hour base (125€/hour).
